What's Included?

In-person Fees
The in-person registration fee includes access to a 3-day scientific and social programme at the Champalimaud Centre for the Unknown, admission to the catering service during breaks and lunches and access to the virtual platform of CRSy22.  Accommodation, breakfast and dinner are NOT included in the registration fee.

Virtual Fees
The virtual ticket includes access to the virtual platform of CRSy22, where the scientific programme will be live streamed and all the related content will be shared. The platform allows delegates to ask questions to the speakers via chat, network with the available researchers, visit poster and partners booths and revisit concluded sessions.
Cancellation Policy

Delegates can be fully refunded for their tickets until September 30th, 2022. Refunds will not be possible thereafter, with the exception of in-person ticketholders upon presentation of a valid medical statement proving illness (e.g. a doctor’s note or similar).

Liability Disclaimer

The Champalimaud Foundation reserves the right to, at any time, cancel, postpone or hold the CRSy22 as a virtual event. In the event of cancellation/postponement/change of format due to COVID-19, the Champalimaud Foundation bears no responsibility for any expenses incurred by participants/guests, except for the registration fee, which will be fully refunded or adjusted to the corresponding format.

The organisers recommend that any participant/guest who would like to attend the symposium in-person should activate their private travel insurance as a guarantee against possible cancellations.

The organisers do not accept liability for personal medical expenses, travel expenses, or any other personal expenses as a consequence of accidents or weather conditions.
