What is included?

In-person ticket

The in-person registration fee includes access to a 3-day scientific and social programme at the Champalimaud Centre for the Unknown, admission to the catering service during breaks and lunches and access to the virtual platform of CRSy23.

Virtual ticket

The virtual ticket includes access to the virtual platform of CRSy23, where the scientific programme will be live streamed and all the related content will be shared. The platform allows delegates to ask questions to the speakers via chat, participate in poster sessions, network with the available researchers, visit the partners booths and revisit prior sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Delegates can be fully refunded of their tickets until September 25, 2023. Refunds will not be possible thereafter, with the exception of in-person tickets, if requested with a medical statement of proven illness (eg. COVID-19).

The organisers do not accept liability for personal medical expenses, travel expenses, or any other personal expenses as a consequence of accidents or weather conditions.

Submissions



We invite authors to submit an abstract of original work for consideration as a poster or short presentation until July 21.

Travel
Awards



Travel awards will be provided by the Champalimaud Foundation and its partners to accepted abstract submitters. Awardees will be selected primarily based on merit. For some awards, special consideration may be given to applicants in areas of interest to donors. To apply, participants must declare, in the abstract submission form, the need for travel funds and justify how the award would facilitate their participation.
